Willie Montgomery III

As a leader in data science and advanced analytics in the largest company in the world, Willie Montgomery has worked on multiple initiatives in workforce management, supply chain operations, merchandising, store operations, and many other areas. Using some of the most advanced techniques in machine learning, optimization and artificial intelligence, he has been able to solve complex problems to help drive cost savings and increase revenue in international markets and the United States.

During PLS, Montgomery worked to create an organization which focuses on creating jobs in areas affected by extreme poverty, population migration and an eroding economic base by investing in projects that will provide regional impact, leverage private investment and deliver on the critical needs of the impacted areas. His initial focus will be on improving the economic conditions in the Arkansas Delta where he will partner with small companies to help them develop strategies, build the necessary relationships and partnerships, and implement the systems needed to support job growth.
