Whitney Armstrong

Whitney Armstrong is a military spouse and distinguished advocate for military families. Through her work, she develops and manages various military-related programs that host hundreds of dedicated volunteers and begs the need for exceptional servant leadership.

During PLS, Armstrong scaled a peer-to-peer mentorship program offered to new military spouses by empowering them to become leaders in their own communities. As the Vice President of Programs and Operations of a non-profit with a worldwide presence, Armstrong continues to cultivate a positive environment for military spouses to improve morale and overall military retention rates.
