As a lawyer and business owner, Jamala McFadden co-owns an eight-woman boutique employment law firm based in Atlanta, Georgia.
During PLS, McFadden focused on creating The Space Between, an accelerator program that empowers low-income women of color to achieve economic mobility, create job opportunities in their communities, and build a legacy for their families.
